The Final Countdown (Staff Changes, Opening Hours, Christmas Gifts and a Price Rise)

Shall I Stay or Shall I Go Now?

You may or may not know that Callum has left and Sam has take on Callum's hours. Sad to see Callum go, but life goes on.

Phil's and Sam's hours are now set in stone for Christmas. It's not too late to book. Midweek tends to offer more availability as usual.

Lee was going to make a return but he is now staying in Cape Town where it is 26 degrees today, so we don't blame him for changing his mind!!

We were not going to open from Christmas Eve until 3rd January. However... Sam will now be working Friday 30th and Saturday 31st December, so you can still book in for your NYE trim.

Christmas Gifts

We are offering 33% off our last 3 sets of Diva Precious Metals hair straighteners.

RRP £120. This week £80.

When they are gone, they are gone!!

We also have a range of hair, skin and beard care products for gents. The 100ml containers are perfect for travelling. Of course we also do gift vouchers.

Movember

Thanks to everyone who supported me this Movember.

Target: £100

Total raised: £143

Movember not only raises money but also awareness of men's health issues, including mental health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Pudsey Lottery

You may or may not be aware that we sell Pudsey Lottery tickets.

What is it?

It is a local lottery with proceeds being divided between local good causes and prizes (Pudsey Pounds) which can be spent in local businesses around Pudsey.

How do I take part?

We sell tickets at £1 each. The draw is done live on the Pudsey Lottery Facebook page. The results can be found on the Pudsey Lottery website.

Price Rise

We don't normally announce price rises. We just do it when it feels appropriate, just like other retailers. However, on this occasion we are taking the opportunity to let you know in advance in order that you may save some money.

All bookings made by 31st December for next year will be made at this year's prices. So, you could book for every month of next year and still only pay this year's prices. All new bookings made next year will be at the new price.

Why are we raising our prices? Inflation is the obvious answer. Our biggest cost is wages as our staff are employed, not self-employed (rent a chair, commission only etc). In order for our wage bill to continue to be competitive and affordable, we need to pay more.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We REALLY appreciate it.
